Delivery Information

We now (by default) have the order shipped direct to the customer. 

You, the customer, can opt for your order to be delivered to The-Doll-House for checking if your order is to be delivered within the US, although this will incur a charge for this service.

Orders outside of the United States maybe subject to import duties and taxes at the rate set in that country.

Timescales in working days:

• Scheduling Production: 1-3 Days
• Production (Factory): 5-8 Days
• Quality Assurance: 1 Day
• Courier: 4-8 Days
• Customs Clearance: 1-2 Days
• Courier to You: 1-2 Days
