What Happened to Free Shipping?

The Doll House previously offered free shipping with all doll orders and prided itself on our all inclusive pricing. However due to the increase in demand for shipping along with tensions between the United States and China, the price of shipping has skyrocketed. In reality shipping was never "free" and must be included into the price of the product, so we had the choice to either increase the price of our dolls by several hundred dollars in order to account for the increase in shipping costs, or drop the façade of "free shipping" in order to be more transparent regarding the price increases. While we regret that we have to increase our prices, we feel that by being transparent with the shipping increases that we are being more honest with our customers.

Price changes may happen at any time, but will not affect orders that have already been received and processed. If there are other websites offering vastly lower prices, they likely haven't been updating their prices and will most-likely cancel and refund your order once they realize that they will lose money due to the shipping increases. We will be following the situation regarding shipping prices and will lower them according as the situation allows.

Shipping To Canada

Any item mailed to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. You must pay the 5% GST on items imported into Canada by mail. The CBSA calculates any duties owed based on the value of the goods in Canadian funds. The duty rates vary according to the type of goods you are importing and the country from which they were made in. Depending on the goods or their value, some other taxes may apply, such as excise duty or excise tax on luxury items.

GST rate: GST rate in Canada is 5% in 2018.

PST rates: PST (Provincial Sales Tax) is implemented in four Canadian provinces: British Columbia, Manitoba, Québec and Saskatchewan. In Québec PST is called QST (Québec Sales Tax) or TVQ (Taxe de vente du Québec) in French. In Manitoba it is called RST (Retail Sales Tax).

Shipping To Military APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

The only way to get packages to an APO/FPO/DPO address is via the U.S. Postal Service.

While each APO/FPO/DPO has its own specific set of Zip Code Restrictions, in general no package can exceed 70 pounds, be larger than 130 inches when you add the length (always the longest side) and the girth, or contain prohibited items (flammables, air conditioners, etc.).

NOTE: ANY APO/FPO/DPO ZIP CODE SIZE OR WEIGHT RESTRICTION ALWAYS SUPERCEDES THE NORMAL WEIGHT LIMIT OF 70 POUNDS AND NORMAL SIZE LIMIT OF 130 INCHES (length + girth). Please see your local Postmaster for further details.

APO/FPO/DPO addressees register as ShipitAPO Members from our website. Once a Member, they are issued a unique stateside street address. Armed with their ShipitAPO address they are back in the online shopping action by using their ShipitAPO address as the "Ship To" address at any web store's check-out. Packages addressed to the ShipitAPO Member arrive at our facilities and then based on the Member's instructions on record in their account profile, we mail them via USPS Priority Mail straight to the Member's APO/FPO/DPO. For each package we forward, each ShipitAPO Members pays for the postage plus our handling fee and any optional insurance fees. It's as simple as that.

General Delivery Times

Please Note: Orders can be delivered to DC The-Doll-House, for checking, and to ensure that all Import Duties & Taxes are paid, prior to couriering onto the customer!

There are no hidden costs when purchasing from DC The-Doll-House - The price on the Website is all that you pay.

Orders outside of the United States will be subject to import duties and taxes at the rate set in that country.

Delivery times can vary depending upon the complexity of the order and number of dolls ordered.

The typical times from order to construction can be up to 7-days.

Once the order has commenced production can take 7-14 days. If the Doll specification is very typical, there is the possibility that the factory may hold that model in 'floating' stock. This would reduce the production time to 1-3 days. This is of course, at the discretion of the manufacturer.

Upon completion the delivery time is typically 14-21 days.

WM-Dolls Delivery Times

WM-Dolls use high quality simulation software in order to produce the life-like body/face models using the latest environmentally safe material (TPE ThermoPlastic Elastomers.)  WM-Dolls adopt an advanced unique production process, that enables the feel of smooth and delicate skin, with more elasticity than flesh, and yet, a very human skin feel and realistic visual appeal.

All materials involved in the process were compliant with National Health & Safety Standard which is harmless to human health and is environmental friendly.

Due to these reasons, the production phase can take some time.

So Customers are respectfully requested to expect a delivery time of 14-31 days from Order to Delivery for their Doll(s).

Of course customers do not want the "sex doll" on the paperwork, so the paperwork will declare the doll "mannequin(s)."

DS-Dolls Delivery Times

As we receive your order, an email confirmation is sent, confirming receipt, the doll order details, price, shipping fee and payment in the email.

The doll manufacturing process will take 2-3 weeks, including the skin color and make up.

No refunds once production has begun.

The delivery phase should be approximately 14 days.

So DS-Doll purchasing customers should expect a total delivery time of 21-31 days.

For a few countries the international shipping may not give door to door service and it may go to the closest Customs clearing office to your location, which may be your nearest airport. If this is the case, when the doll arrives you will be contacted by the shipping company.  Of course customers do not want the "sex doll" on the paperwork, so the paperwork will declare the doll "mannequin(s)."
